01 / O PROBLEMA

Sound familiar?

If any of these situations happen in your company, EXOS can help.

01

Did an important task get forgotten?

It was not written down anywhere — it depended on someone remembering.

02

Does nobody know who is responsible?

When several people know how to handle a task, everyone may be waiting for someone else to start it.

03

Does everything feel urgent at once?

Your team is busy, but no one knows what comes first.

04

Do you have to chase people to know if it was done?

Progress depends on memory and scattered conversations.

05

Does everyone follow a different procedure?

Important routines have not become a clear process yet.

06

Do discussions, decisions and processes live in WhatsApp, on paper and in spreadsheets?

Photos, answers and records arrive separately and too late.

02 / Planning

How it works.

Record what needs to be done in EXOS, just as you would on WhatsApp or in a meeting, and keep everything organized and within reach of the people who need it.

01

Does something need to get done? Create a task for it!

Record everything your team needs to get started: the goal, problem, customer, location and deadlines.

02

Does someone need to go on-site? Plan it.

Schedule the visit, organize the route and make ownership clear.

03

Is it a routine? Schedule it once.

EXOS creates preventive maintenance and other recurring tasks for you.

04

Multiple workstreams? Split them into stages or teams.

Break down the work, track progress and see what is planned for the next week, month or year.

03 / Product

EXOS adapts to the way you work.

From remote support to a field visit, EXOS follows the way your team already works.

I have a field service team

Open work orders, assign visits and let technicians follow the work on their phones.

  • Work orders and routes
  • Customers, locations and equipment
  • Live status and history

I install and maintain equipment

Plan installations, preventive and corrective maintenance with the asset history attached.

  • Recurring routines
  • Checklists and evidence
  • Sensors, locations and assets

I have IT and technical operations

Try to solve it remotely, dispatch the field when needed and track every step in one place.

  • Remote triage and escalation
  • Board and backlog
  • Optional sprints

Follow every request through to resolution.

See what is in progress, late and done. Organize the work on the Board, Calendar, List or Backlog — whichever makes the most sense for your team.

  • Know what is in progress, late and complete
  • Escalate to the field when remote support is not enough
  • See who owns every request

04 / Inspections

Does work happen outside the office? Stay in control.

People in the field receive the work order on their phone, follow the checklist and record what happened. Photos, answers and notes stay with the service — no need to ask on WhatsApp if the job was done.

  • Build procedures with answers, photos, videos and signatures
  • Checklist connected to the work order, location and inspected equipment
  • Send a checklist to someone outside your company before closing the service
  • Everything that happened stays recorded with the work order

08 / FAQ

Before you start

Straight answers to common questions about EXOS.

Is EXOS only for field teams?

No. You can organize both remote support and field work. Each team can have its own workflow while customers, locations, equipment and history stay connected.

Can I use it for internal and external inspections?

Yes. Checklists can be part of internal tasks or sent as external requests. External recipients only access the shared checklist, verified by email, without becoming members of your organization.

Can I separate teams and keep shared records?

Yes. Each team gets its own working area, while customers, locations, equipment and templates stay shared across the whole company.

How is recurring work organized?

You create a recurring series and track occurrences in the relevant period. You can update one occurrence or this and future occurrences while preserving past history.

Can I invite other people to my organization?

Yes. Invite your team and decide what each person can view or manage.
